2.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time via live chat. However, any pending bets or bonuses must be settled before closure. jed baji also reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the event of a rule violation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

jed baji has multiple promotions including weekly reload bonuses, slot festivals, cricket bonuses, birthday gifts and friend referral rewards. The wagering requirements and eligibility for each promotion are different and are detailed on each promotion's own page.

• a. A bonus applies to one account, one device or one IP address only — taking a bonus on multiple accounts from the same household or network is prohibited.
• b. Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash — a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• c. jed baji reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any bonus, particularly if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• d. There is a set time limit for claiming a bonus — if not claimed before it expires, the bonus will be considered void.

The following rules must be observed when participating in any bet or game on jed baji. These rules apply to all types of games including cricket betting, football betting, slots and live casino.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet will only be considered final when the system issues a confirmation message. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, jed baji reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake is generally returned, though separate rules may apply depending on the type of event.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• a. Placing a bet with prior knowledge of the result of a match or event (insider trading) is strictly prohibited.
• b. Using multiple accounts to gain bonus or promotion benefits (bonus abuse) is prohibited.
• c. Using any software, bot or automated method to place bets is prohibited.
• d. Deliberately exploiting any technical error to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Winnings obtained in such circumstances will be cancelled.

5.3 Slots and Casino Games

10.2 Final Decision

In technical disputes relating to game results or betting, server logs and game records will be considered the final evidence. On matters relating to bonus use or account issues, the decision of jed baji's management is final.

11.1 Language

The Bengali version of these terms is the primary document. If any difference arises with a version translated into another language, the Bengali version will take precedence.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the individual terms of each promotion together form the complete agreement between jed baji and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions are replaced by this document.
